1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "leo88," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the leo88 platform accessible at leo88.xyz.
• "Platform" means the leo88 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services, games, and features available at leo88.xyz.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the leo88 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the leo88 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within your leo88 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the leo88 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. leo88 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To create an Account on leo88, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration;
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current or former employee of leo88 or any of its affiliates, partners, or service providers;
• Not have a previously suspended or terminated leo88 Account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) leo88 Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

leo88 is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your leo88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify leo88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Ensure that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional security.

leo88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from leo88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

leo88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified leo88 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Deposits

All transactions on the leo88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. leo88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet instantly, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

leo88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within sixty (60) minutes on average, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. leo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. leo88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds in accordance with AML regulations.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in PHP. leo88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. leo88 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. leo88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

leo88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn (wagering requirement);
• leo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended;
• leo88 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if it determines that a user has abused the bonus system.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the leo88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed studios. The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and leo88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

By placing a wager on leo88, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, leo88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players;
• leo88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error;
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event at the time of settlement;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at leo88's discretion.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the leo88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing leo88 staff or other users.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the leo88 Platform without the prior written consent of leo88.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, leo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

leo88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your leo88 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

leo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. leo88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude leo88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law .

12. Termination and Suspension

leo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Closure of the leo88 Platform or cessation of operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, leo88 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and withhold any winnings pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting leo88 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees and completing required verification.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the leo88 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting leo88 customer support. leo88 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in the Philippines and any claim that such proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

14. Amendments to These Terms

leo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, leo88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the leo88 Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
